Clients feel coached, not handled. Nothing goes out without you.
AI automations for health & wellness coaches.
We find where your hours actually go, then build AI systems trained on how you coach. They take the repetitive work off your plate, inside the tools you already use. Nothing goes out without you.
Your apps organize the work. You’re still the one doing it.
Your coaching app holds the schedule, collects the data, sends the reminders. But the work that needs you still fills your evenings: the conversations, the decisions, the follow-through. That’s the part we automate.
The organizing
Programs delivered. Check-ins collected. Payments, reminders, habit streaks. Trainerize, Everfit, spreadsheets: keep whatever works.
The actual work
Everything that sounds like you and thinks like you: replies, decisions, follow-ups. The apps can’t do it. They don’t know how you coach.
The work, in your voice
Trained on how you coach, built inside the tools you already use. It drafts, you approve. No tech skills needed. The audit finds what to automate first.

First we audit. Then we build.
We don’t start with a pitch, we start with a map: a free audit of where your hours go, and which engine buys back the most of them.
The four we build most often. Your audit decides what gets built, and what gets built first.
- Check-in Engine01
Reads every check-in, flags what matters, drafts your reply and the program tweak. Plus a weekly drift report: who’s quietly slipping, before they’re gone.
- Lead Engine02
DMs, story replies and comments answered in your voice in minutes, not hours, while the lead is still warm. Qualifies, books the call, chases the no-shows.
- Onboarding Engine03
Intake parsed, first program drafted from your templates, welcome sequence out. The quiet first two weeks are where clients decide to stay.
- Content Engine04
Your voice notes and client conversations become reels scripts, posts and newsletters. One session of talking becomes a week of content. In your words, not AI filler.
Three steps. You only show up for one.
- Audit01
30 minutes, free
We map where your time goes and where AI wins you the most back. You leave with the map either way.
- Build02
One engine first
The audit picks the system that buys back the most hours. We build and install it, trained on your stuff, in your tools. Days, not months.

You run it
We train you on it and stay on support until it’s running without us. Then it’s yours. No dependency on us to keep it alive.

Her whole business runs on one system now.
Yu Qian Goh coaches PT, mobility and rehab in New Zealand, in person and on Everfit. We built the operating system around her coaching: clients, programs, leads and money in one place, drafted in her voice.

Five tools became one console
Her roster, schedule, money and leads lived across five Airtable bases. Now it is one app on her Mac. Double-click, everything is there, backed up automatically.
Programs drafted in her voice
Her method is codified: the cues, the tempos, the way she names a session. She talks, the system drafts the program, she pastes it into Everfit.
A living memory for every client
Every client has a file the system keeps current: injuries, progress, preferences, where they are in their block. Nothing depends on her memory at 9pm.
Built around Everfit, not against it
Everfit has no API, so we did not fight it. Her clients still see Everfit like always. The heavy lifting happens behind it.
The person behind Moshn.

I build AI systems for people who are tired of AI hype. Before Moshn I co-ran an audit-first AI agency, building automations for founders and operators, with brands like AWS, Deel and Auckland Council along the way. Same method every time: find where the hours go first, build second, hand over the keys.
Then I built one for a coach. Yu Qian’s whole operation went from five tools to one console, drafting programs in her voice. That build is why this company exists, and why it’s this niche: I train most days and I’m obsessive about health, fitness, longevity and biohacking. Coaches were getting the worst of the AI noise and the least of the help, and it’s the one industry I actually live in.
I also write a weekly newsletter on practical AI that 9,000+ founders and creators read. If you want to know how I think before you book, start there.

Coaches don’t need another app. They need the work done, inside the ones they already have.Artem Novitckii · founder, moshn
Built for one person.
You coach fitness, nutrition, health or wellness online, with paying clients and an offer that works. Most coaches we work with are between $5–15K/month
You’re at or near capacity, and the next client means something slips
You’re the coach, not a tech person, and you’d like to keep it that way
The stuff you’d ask on the call anyway.
That’s the whole point. It’s trained on your past check-ins, replies, programs and voice notes, and every edit you make teaches it. Nothing goes out without you reading it first, so clients feel coached, not handled by a bot.
Pick a time. The map is yours either way.
